Rally against road widening today

BANGALORE: Save Bangalore Committee (SBC), which is spearheading the movement against road widening in the city, has organised a protest march from Mysore Bank Circle to Banappa Park on Tuesday.

According to SBC Co-Convener V.N. Rajashekar, citizens, accompanied by members of various citizens' groups, will participate in the procession. He said that civic authorities are issuing contradictory statements on road widening.
