Free computer course

CHENNAI: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Gandhi Institute of Computer Education and Information Technology has invited applications from candidates for the free computer course offered at its centres in Mylapore and T.Nagar.

The course, targeted at unemployed youth from economically weaker sections of society, would cover DTP, C, C++ and multimedia.

Applications for candidates interested in joining the batches that commence in February 2008 are available at 18/20/22, East Mada Street, Mylapore. The last date for submitting completed applications is January 14. For further details, contact 2464 3450 or 2464 3420.

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan has been helping deserving candidates with this service for the past ten years, a press release here said.
