Two held for storing crackers

NEW DELHI: Two persons have been arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police in the Capital’s Jama Masjid area on charges of illegal storage of firecrackers. Over 1,000 kg of crackers have allegedly been seized. A special team of the Crime Branch raided Ashish Shrivastava’s shop in the Jama Masjid area and seized 515 kg of fire crackers. The team also mounted a raid on the adjacent shop of Naresh Shrivastava and allegedly seized 495 kg of firecrackers.
