COIMBATORE: The Mountaineering Adventure Sports Society will conduct a camp from September 24 to October 2 for school students aged eight and 18.
A release, here said there will be three camps for a duration of three days each. Each camp will have a maximum of 30 students. The Jolley World Campus, Maddampalayam, Mettupalayam Road, near Karamadai, will be the campsites.
The camp includes trekking, rock climbing, rappelling, river crossing techniques, pioneering, tent pitching, group living, knots practice and team building exercises. Contact L. Fredrick on 98943-80167/99940-56112, for registration.
