KORAPUT: Leaders of BJP registered their protest in Raighar block headquarters of Nowrangpur district by observing a total bandh on Monday against the arrest of three of the party workers in connection with the alleged attack on Dalit leader Jagabandhu Majhi. Mr. Majhi narrowly escaped an attack on his life when a bomb was thrown on his vehicle in the block recently. The police arrested three persons belonging to BJP in connection with the case. The district administration also deployed 10 policemen for the security of Mr. Majhi.
