IOC’s slick show

HYDERABAD: Railways was bowled out for 99 in 33.2 overs against Indian Oil Corporation on the second day of the 77th All India Moin-ud-Dowla Gold Cup invitation cricket tournament at Railway Grounds here on Monday.

In another match at ECIL, Anshul Kapoor missed a century (93) but helped the BSNL to score an impressive 354 against HCA Combined Districts XI.

The scores: Madhya Pradesh 275 in 89.5 overs (Jatin Saxena 64, Jubin John 57, Jalaj Saxena 58, Saurav Bandekar four for 69) vs Goa.

BSNL 354 in 87.2 overs (Anshul Kapoor 93, Mahapatra 50, Niranjan Mehra 45, Sudheer three for 38) vs HCA Combined Districts XI.

Railways 99 in 33.2 overs (Sanjin Sanyal 33, Anand Ranjan three for 26, Shivansh Sharma four for 12) vs IOC 14 for no loss.

HCA President’s XI vs Vidarbha. (No play due to rain).
