Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Invites bids for export of steel products as per detailed list in the appendix below for delivery during April - June '99 quarter for destinations other than USA. Please furnish your bid along with 1% EMD with best price as per the details and terms and conditions as below:

4. Price in USD Basis FOBST Visakhapatnam (Material for Dunnaging, lashing, shoring & securing to your account.) CFR FO or Liner terms also can be considered for 10,000 T or above size shipments. Please inform disport draft/LOA/BEAM limits for the same.
5. Delivery Requirement.
6. Destination to be indicated.
7. Load Rate : 1500 MT PWWD Sashexeiu (CQD for less than 5000 MT shipment).
8. DEM / DES : USD 6000 / 3000, USD 5000, 2500 & USD 4000 / 2000 for shipment sizes 20000MT & above, 10000-19999MT & 5000 - 9999 MT respectively.
9. E M D : EMD amounting to 1% of the bid value to be paid along with the bid or before in the form of D.D. or T.T. respectively.
10. Payment Terms : By confirmed, On Sight, Irrevocable without recourse to drawer letter of credit opened at a first class International Bank as per the standard format of VSP with red clause. Bids with advance payment terms will be preferred.

Available details can be supplied on request. VSP plans to export the such products also after inspection by SGS India Ltd.,. Interested bidders may quote for these sections also.
