Overseas parties having no representation in India can obtain tender documents free of cost and Indian firms and firms with representation in India can obtain tender documents by remitting Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable) in form of Demand Draft only drawn in favour of MECL, Nagpur upto 16-12-1999. Tenders in TWO PARTS sealed in separate envelopes as prescribed in tender documents shall be received till 2.00 p.m. on 20-12-1999 and Part-I tender shall be opened at 3.00 p.m. on same day in presence of attending tenderers or their authorised representatives.

MECL shall not be responsible for any delay in postal transit or non-receipt/non-delivery of tender documents. MECL reserves right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
