Madurai: Ayya Nadar Janakiammal College (Sivakasi) and Sourashtra College (Madurai) recorded their second successive wins in the four-team league of the Madurai Kamaraj University championship cricket tournament defeating MSSWB College, Madurai by 59 runs and Arulmigu Palani Andavar Arts College, Palani by four wickets respectively here on Tuesday. The scores: AJ College (Sivakasi) 152 in 30 overs (Gokul 41) bt MSSWB College (Madurai) 93 in 23.2 overs (Pradeep Kumar 41 n.o., Paramasivam four for 24, Marisamy three for three); APA College (Palani) 97 in 24.4 overs (Sethuraman three for 19, Manikan dan three for 19) lost to Sourashtra College 98 for six in 23.2 overs (Pratheesh Kumar three for 14).
