KIADB Secretary suspended

Bangalore: Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, acting on the recommendations of Industries Minister Katta Subramanya Naidu has suspended Secretary of the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board K. Sridhar with immediate effect.

Sources in the Government told The Hindu on Tuesday that Mr. Sridhar had approved and enabled the sale of 600 acres of land adjoining Bangalore in favour of the Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise which is executing the Bangal ore-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor project.
