8 killed in lorry-auto collision

ADILABAD: Eight persons were killed when a lorry rammed into an autorickshaw at Mulkalla bus stop near Mancherial town on Monday.

Six of them were crushed to death on the spot while two were declared brought dead on reaching Mancherial hospital. According to the police, lorry driver lost control and rammed into the three-wheeler carrying passengers.

Four victims were identified as Biyyala Shankar, Bapu, autorickshw driver, J. Ramesh Reddy and Jagan Mohan Reddy.
