Caprese wins feature event

Hyderabad: Caprese (Gallagher up) won the Melbourne Racing Club Trophy the feature event of the day's races here on Sunday (October 1). The winner is owned by Mr. & Mrs. Vijay Mallya representing The United Racing & Blood Stock Breeders Ltd. and trained by Dhariwal.

Fines

In The Show the Way Plate jockey B.V. Krishnan (Bundle Of Roses) was fined Rs. 1,000 for the undesirable practice of showing the victory sign by raising his whip hand much before passing the winning post.

In the Melbourne Racing Club Trophy jockey Ravinder Singh (Lenavi) was fined Rs. 3,000 for shifting out when passing the 400m, bumping and causing severe interference to Da Vinci Rose (A. Imran Khan) who in turn shifted out and interfered with Adesina (D. Singh).
