Radiant Infosystems partners with Intel

HYDERABAD: As part of efforts to take Information Technology to rural areas, Radiant Infosystems and Intel have launched a community PC programme through rural internet kiosks in Andhra Pradesh. Initially 10 internet kiosks have been launched in Chittoor and Cuddapah districts of the state as a part of Rajiv Internet Village, under which locally relevant IT solutions using Intel technology would be provided to the masses, Venu Myneni, CEO, Radiant Infosystems, told reporters here. The kiosks are operated by local entrepreneurs and provide neighbouring communities with access to services such as e-filing of land records and marriage licences among others, Myneni said.
