MANHANDLED: The driver of a mini-lorry which ran over a boy, Anand (7), studying in a Corporation school, on Pallavan Salai on Monday afternoon is set upon by neighbours and relatives of the boy. The driver, Jayaraj, was handed over to the police lat er.
