Arvind Mills to issue GDRs

NEW DELHI: Arvind Mills Ltd will issue 1.40 crore equity shares as Global Depository Receipts or any other related securities. The shareholders at the extra-ordinary general meeting have approved issuance of 1.40 crore equity shares, including greenshoe option, as GDRs or any other equity related securities, subject to necessary permissions, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
