SJBIT posts win

MYSORE, APRIL 7. Sree Jagathguru Balagangadariah College of Engineering recorded a two-wicket win over East West Technological Institute in the Visveswaraiah Technological University inter-collegiate Bangalore South Engineering colleges' cricket tournament, conducted by Ghousia College of Engineering, at its grounds in Ramnagaram on Thursday.

The scores: EWTI 153 in 25.2 overs (inclusive of 20 penalty runs for two overs short) (Bharath 40, Balaji four for 13) lost to SJBIT 154 for eight in 27 overs (Baratha Chauhan 50 not out, Abhishek 41).

GVIT 68 in 24 overs (Clarance four for six) lost to BCE&T 71 for one in 13 overs.
