NEW DELHI, APRIL 14 . The Congress party is understood to have cleared the names for the rest of the Lok Sabha constituencies. The list includes Sandeep Dikshit, son of the Chief Minister, Shiela Dikshit, for East Delhi, the former MP, Sajjan Kumar, for Outer Delhi and the party's spokesman, Kapil Sibal, for Chandni Chowk.

The party has also given the nod to Avtar Singh Bhadana to contest in Faridabad in Haryana. Mr. Bhadana represented the Meerut Lok Sabha seat in the dissolved Lok Sabha.
