Pondicherry
By Our Staff Reporter
M. Periyasamy, president of the association, has written a letter to the Chief Minister that his association would place before the Government all details of the pieces of property that were disposed clandestinely. There should be no fear or favour in initiating action against the offenders. Enactment of the Goondas Act would be of help for the Government to take stern action against the grabbers. Mr. Periyasamy also wanted revision of monthly pension paid to freedom fighters.
