I-T department offer to taxpayers

NEW DELHI JULY 4. The Income Tax Department has released a software for preparation of returns which will enable taxpayers other than those having income from `business and profession' to prepare their return of income for assessment year 2003-04 through a simple question-answer session. This facilitation is available on the website of the department at www.incometaxindia.gov.in.
