Tata AIG premium income trebles

MUMBAI: Tata AIG General Insurance Company has announced a premium income of Rs. 241 crores for the year ended March 2003, an increase of 200 per cent over the previous year's Rs. 81.60 crores. The number of policies issued by Tata AIG General has increased by 100 per cent. During 2002-03, the company achieved a robust top line growth through a combination of consumer and corporate insurance sales.
