Jadeja allowed to play

New Delhi May 28. Paving the way for all-rounder Jadeja's comeback into competitive cricket, the Delhi High Court today said former India captain, Ajay Jadeja was free to play all matches in the country's domestic circuit, if selected.

Issuing a notice to the Board of Control for Cricket in India on Jadeja's plea that he may be allowed to play domestic cricket in India and league matches in England, a Division Bench comprising Justice B.A. Khan and Justice O.P. Dwivedi allowed Jadeja to play, subject to his selection, all matches in the domestic circuit but directed the BCCI to file its reply by July 21 on the cricketer's request to play league matches in England. — UNI
