No interest on matured relief bonds: RBI

Mumbai April 26. The Reserve Bank of India said today that the Government would not pay any interest on relief bonds that had matured but not encashed after February 28, 2003. The Central Bank, in a statement, said, it had advised investors to present the matured relief bonds under various schemes for encashment.
