RSS worker held

Thiruvananthapuram Jan. 19. An RSS worker was arrested today for allegedly threatening a witness to the last week attack on the American missionary, Joseph Cooper, and a team of local evangelists at Koppam in Kilimannur near here.

The arrested person, Vidyadharan, allegedly intimidated Kunjumon, organiser of the Bible convention attended by Mr. Cooper on Monday last before attacking the missionary. A separate case has been registered in this connection, the Kilimannur police said.

Nine persons were arrested last week in connection with the attack. Mr. Cooper is recuperating in a private hospital here.
