Governors' meet

New Delhi Jan. 6 . The President, Abdul Kalam, has convened a Governors' Conference on January 11 and 12 at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. All the 28 Governors and three Lieutenant- Governors are expected to attend. The Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, and other senior Ministers are also to attend the conference.

The two-day meet has been divided into four working sessions, with themes such as law and order, communal harmony, terrorism, development and youth, networking of rivers, and Vision of India.
