By Our Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD, Dec. 12. Several restrictions have been imposed on traffic movement in the city in view of the presence of VVIPs attending the inaugural.

Due to the visit of the President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, traffic would be stopped or diverted from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bowenpally crossroads, Balamrai junction, CTO crossroads, Sangeet theatre, Alugadda Bavi, Mettuguda signal and Tarnaka.

Between 7.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m., commuters are urged not to ply vehicles between Godrej crossroads, Kukatpally and Patancheru because of the President's visit to the ICRISAT. On Saturday morning, traffic will be stopped at Visveswaraya statue, Monappa island, Greenlands and Rasoolpura.
