600 detonators recovered

Gaya (Bihar) Dec. 6. Police today recovered 600 detonators and 50 bundles of 10-metre fuse wire from a coach of the Gaya-Howrah Express at the railway station here.

Police said that on specific information, GRP personnel carried out a thorough check of the 324-down train and seized the explosive equipment from a general coach this morning. One person was taken into custody.

The man was believed to have shifted the detonators and fuse bundles to a general bogie of the train from Purshottam Express at Sasaram, Jha said.
