New Pak. Foreign Secy.

ISLAMABAD Aug. 12. Riaz H. Khokhar, till recently Pakistan's Ambassador to China, today took over as the new Foreign Secretary. Mr. Khokhar, known for his outspoken nature and candidness, has stepped into the shoes of Inam-ul Haq, who was recently inducted into the Government as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

Immediately after taking over, Mr. Khokhar called on the President, Pervez Musharraf.
