Parliament adjourns sine die

New Delhi Aug. 12. After an entire week was lost following Opposition protests over the petrol pump allotment issue, Parliament adjourned sine die ahead of schedule today with the Lok Sabha Speaker, Manohar Joshi, regretting as ``national waste'' the repeated stalling of proceedings.
