Rational acquires Neu Vis

BANGALORE: Rational Software has acquired Neu Vis, a U.S.-based technology provider of n-tier application development software. A total of 26 former Neu Vis employees have joined Rational and will play a key role in Rational's strategy to help its enterprise IT customers build business applications. Neu Vis' flagship product complements Rational's existing product-line.
