The menace of a mad monkey creating havoc in Vidyanagar was raised by one, Archana, who said several people had been attacked during the last few the monkey has been roaming the area during the past few days.

Ms. Ramachandran promised to send a special squad immediately.

A resident of Roda Mistry Nagar sought to know if the Metro Water Board was willing to give truncated bills, as it was not maintaining proper water supply.

Another caller from Gunfoundry wanted to know the reason behind exorbitant bills sent to him when water supply was hardly for an hour. He was getting a bi-monthly bill of Rs. 850.

There were a few suggestions too. Bapiraju of R. K. Colony, A. S. Rao Nagar, suggested that officials should come for surprise checks during nights to check functioning of streetlights.

Lakshmi from Snehapuri Colony, Nacharam, complained on the IICT wall being used as an open urinal.
