Sir, This has reference to K. Parasaran's "Gujarat and Parliament" and Hilda Raja's letter "The Congress legacy" (April 24). Reading the two pieces, I was reminded of the eminent jurist, Nani Palkhivala's speech in Mumbai in the late 1970s. There he had dwelt upon the alphabet `C' being the lead alphabet for cash, corruption, criminals and Congress.
