NEW DELHI, FEB. 27. The senior VHP leader, Mahant Naval Kishor Das, today demanded the resignation of the Central and Gujarat Governments over the killing of ``Ram sevaks'' at Godhra even as the RSS appealed to the people to exercise restraint. ``The Central and State Governments should own up moral responsibility and resign,'' Mr. Das told PTI. Condemning the incident, he also asked human rights organisations, which had raised hue and cry over the killing of Australian missionary, Graham Staines in Orissa, to take up the issue without any double standards. - PTI
