New visa procedure

CHENNAI Feb. 27. The American Consulate-General, Chennai, has said the web-based appointment system for all qualified non-immigrant visa applicants has been made mandatory from March 4. Interested applicants must schedule appointments on the internet at www.ttsvisas.com. The system was introduced on February 13 and at that time, its use was voluntary
