Incorrect view
Sir, - This is with reference to Mr. Kannabiran's `A blow to
human rights' (Oct. 30). Desperate situations need desperate
remedies. National security is a very serious matter, and when
this itself is under threat other issues become secondary.
It is totally incorrect to say we are being transformed into a
Hindu State. The so-called minorities in India are strongly
united, whereas the Hindus are weak and totally divided. This is
evident in the fact that most of the powerful terrorist groups in
Mumbai are under the control of the so-called minorities.
