Krishnaswamy, new IAF chief

NEW DELHI, OCT. 30. Air Marshal S. Krishnaswamy will take over as the next chief of the Indian Air Force on December 31, succeeding Air Chief Marshal A.Y. Tipnis.

Air Marshal Krishnaswamy had earlier headed the South Western Air Command and was associated with several sensitive defence projects.
