Fractured mandate
Sir, - Now that Mr. Stalin is back at the Chennai Corporation,
the million-dollar question is whether he will succeed in
implementing the development plans.
The AIADMK Councillors must accept the mandate and help in
providing civic amenities to the people of the State and not
stall the proceedings just because the Mayor belongs to the rival
party.
