Lt. Governor, CM pay homage to Moopanar

PONDICHERRY, SEPT. 9. The ashes of G K Moopanar were immersed in
the sea today by the Chief Minister, Mr. P. Shanmugham, and the
TMC State committee president, Mr. V. Balaji.
Earlier, the Chief Minister, alongwith his cabinet colleagues,
legislators and leaders of various political parties, received
the urn at the Gorimedu border point. It was taken in a
procession to the Mairie (Town Hall) and kept for public homage.
