'Built as per plan'

By Our Staff Reporter

CHENNAI, SEPT. 9. The apex body of the Ragamalika Apartments Associations A, B, C blocks, Jeevarathinam Nagar, Adyar, said in a statement that it did not have any property which did not come within the limits shown in the approved CMDA site plan.

Referring to a report in these columns published on July 17, the apex body contended that it had only completed construction of an ``incomplete portion'' of the compound walls on the West and East sides, for security reasons.

These works were not completed by the promoter, and the association had taken them at different periods over the last 15 years.
