HC disposes of plea in Bofors trial
NEW DELHI, SEPT. 6. The Delhi High Court today disposed of a
petition challenging the split of trial in the Bofors case, filed
by the former Defence Secretary, S.K. Bhatnagar, who died on
August 4.
After the death of Bhatnagar, who was an accused in the case, his
plea against the trial court order for separation of the trial in
the Bofors case, has become infructuous, and it is, therefore
disposed of, Mr. Justice S.K. Agarwal, said.
