Forest dept. clarifies

CHENNAI, AUG. 18.
The Forest department today said the Forest Minister had not
directed it to allow the Madras Riding Club members for horse
riding in the Guindy National Park.
The department was responding to some claims made by those who
presented a memorandum to the Minister on the subject.
