Repoll ordered in 129 booths

HYDERABAD, AUG. 15. Repoll was ordered in 129 polling booths belonging to 21 gram panchayats for which elections were held on Tuesday, the State Election Commission announced today.

Repoll will take place tomorrow at one booth at Pathapadu gram panchayat in Vijayawada rural mandal, in seven booths in Mannapur, two booths in Kalgotla, while polling will continue in six booths of Kalgotla village where poll was interrupted yesterday (all in Mahbubnagar district). Repoll will also take place in one booth in Madapalli, four booths in Gilakapadu (both of Nellore district) one booth in Inagallu and six booths in Pallikurva (both of Prakasam district) and in 14 booths at Mogilicherla in Hanamkonda mandal.

Repoll will take place on Aug 17 at one booth in Mogilipet gram panchayat in Karimnagar district.

On August 20, repoll will take place in eight booths of Gurthedur, eight booths of Daragadda, eight booths of Kaniwada, 10 booths of Pathakota and 10 booths of Chavadikota, all of East Godavari district, and in five booths of Mondrai in Warangal district.

The SEC said it will announce later the date of repoll for 10 booths in Nishani panchayat, one booth Nagampet (both of Adilabad), eight booths in D.Honnur in Anantapur dt, eight booths of Lingampalli in Nalgonda dt, 10 booths in Chintanippula agraharam in Visakhapatnam district and 10 booths in Ammapalem in West Godavari.
