Eight murdered at Goregaon

MUMBAI, AUG. 9. Eight persons were found dead at a factory in Goregaon with ropes tied around their necks in what appeared to be a macabre case of mass murder.

The police ruled out suicide, for the neck of one person is found to be slit open. The dead included Dahelji Ram Chowdhari, 45, the owner, his brother and brother-in-law. The rest were workers.
