Human chain formed

PONDICHERRY, JULY 13. A good number of boys and girls from various schools and those attached to the National Service Scheme (NSS) today formed a human chain on beach road to mark the students' solidarity with the efforts of the Prime Minister for the Indo- Pakistan Summit in Agra on July 15.

Mr. S.P. Sivakumar, MLA and former Education Minister, Mr. Aradhanari, a retired head master, and the representatives of Christian and Islamic religions, Fr. Antonyswamy and Mr. M.M. Houssain, respectively were among those who cheered the students.
