Children can help
Courtesy: PEOPLE FOR ANIMALS
A zoo in a school is unnecessary and illegal. What happens to the
animals during the vacation? Often they die or fall sick because
there is no one to feed them. Then, where will the animals go?
First, before making any move, if these are household animals,
make sure that you have people who will adopt them, singly or in
pairs. If there are any mini zoos in any school, contact the
nearest shelter and the wildlife warden of your area.
Since dissection has been made optional for schools, it is
important that every school be informed and alternatives given.
Blood Aid Network For Kanine (Bank-9)
PFA Chennai is initiating Bank-9 where owners can register their
pet dogs who can be potential donors/recipients in an emergency.
Bank-9 seeks to provide pet owners with a list of potential
canine blood donors to contact when your pet dog needs blood
transfusion. Bank-9 is a humane and medially more viable solution
for canine blood transfusion. Register your pet dog with Bank-9
today - call us at 5395273, 6432348 for your registration forms.
