Laloo, Mishra petitions rejected
RANCHI, MAY 15. The CBI Special Court today rejected the
petitions filed by Mr. Laloo Prasad Yadav and Mr. Jagannath
Mishra challenging the CBI's jurisdiction in chargesheeting them
in a Jharkhand court in the fodder scam case.
