Gulati quits Planning Board post

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, MAY 14. Dr. I.S. Gulati has resigned as the vice-chairman of the State Planning Board. He tendered his papers to the Chief Minister, Mr. E. K. Nayanar, along with the resignations of the other members of the Planning Board today.
