PM greets workers on May Day

NEW DELHI, APRIL 30. The Prime Minister , Mr. A. B. Vajpayee, has
greeted the workers of the country on the occasion of the May
Day.
In a message on the eve of the May Day today, the Prime Minister
said that May Day was a reminder of the pivotal role that workers
play in the country's overall development process.
``On this day, we must rededicate ourselves to creating worker-
friendly environs which, while taking care of their welfare, lead
to a more productive and rewarding working life'', he said.
