Fake note racket busted
MUMBAI, MARCH 28. In a major swoop, crime branch investigators
busted two gangs involved in circulating counterfeit currency
here and arrested 10 persons who have links in Dubai as well as
with the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI).
The operation led to recovery of counterfeit currency to the tune
of Rs. 2 crores which was to be pumped into the local market.
