MUMBAI, MARCH 19. Consumer imaging major Kodak India (KIL) is all
set to introduce a state-of-the-art digital minilab in India by

Priced at Rs. 35 lakhs and known as `System 88', the minilab is
an advanced version of the company's picture maker series to be
unveiled at the forthcoming Photoasia Exhibition on March 23,
senior vice-president (consumer imaging), Mr. Rajesh Singh, told
PTI here today.
The minilab would produce images from 35 mm and advanced photo

In the consumer imaging segment, Mr. Singh said, the company
expected a 20 per cent growth in the camera sales coupled with
enhanced capacity of their manufacturing plants in Bangalore and
Goa.
Incidentally, Kodak's `KB10' a 35 mm automatic camera has
achieved a one million sales mark thus covering over 50 per cent
market share in the manual camera segment.
`KB10' contributed Rs. 70 crores to the company's total sales
income for the financial year 2000-01, company managing director,
Mr. R. S. Mani, said. The company recently exported three lakh
