CPI(M) wins
AGARTALA, FEB. 25. The ruling CPI(M) retained the Kadamtala
Assembly seat in north Tripura when its candidate, Mr. Subodh
Nath, was declared elected. The CPI(M)-led Left Front nominee
defeated his nearest Congress rival, Mr. Jyotirmoy Nath, in a
multi-cornered contest.
